Pregnancy and postpartum bring plenty of changes to your body. Through individualized movement assessments and education, we'll explore how your body moves, identify areas where you could benefit from greater awareness or mobility, and develop practical strategies to support your comfort, function, and birth preparation.

Whether you're choosing your first carrier, troubleshooting an uncomfortable fit, or adapting babywearing to your baby's changing needs, we'll work together to find safe, comfortable solutions that fit your body and your everyday life. Come with your carrier, your questions, or simply a desire to learn!

Lactation & Infant Feeding Sessions
From preparing to breastfeed before baby arrives to navigating latch, positioning, bottle feeding, and everyday feeding challenges, these sessions offer individualized education and hands-on guidance. We'll explore what's happening, what might help, and when additional support or a referral may be beneficial.
Monthly Breastfeeding Office Hours
I'll also be hosting special monthly Breastfeeding Office Hours at Bloom Chiropractic!
These informal gatherings are an opportunity to ask feeding questions and get practical education and encouragement in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
