The First Year Compass offers ongoing, personalized support through regular check-ins, frequent text messaging, and help navigating everything from feeding and sleep to babywearing, development, and everyday parenting. I'll help you make sense of the research, connect with the right resources and providers when needed, and figure out what actually works for your family.

As a Nurtured Neuroscience Practitioner trained in the work of Greer Kirshenbaum, I help parents make sense of infant and toddler sleep in a way that feels informed, compassionate, and sustainable for real life.
This is not sleep training, and there are no cry-it-out methods, rigid schedules, or pressure to ignore your instincts. Instead, we work together to understand what may be contributing to sleep challenges, support your child’s nervous system and emotional security, and create practical, responsive strategies that help your whole family rest more peacefully.
