First Friday of the month, 10-10:45am

Bring your baby, your carrier, and your questions for hands-on help with fit, positioning, comfort, and everyday babywearing.

Second Saturday of the month, 10-11am

Pregnant? Bring your questions about labor, birth, inductions, birth plans, comfort measures, partner support, and preparing for those first days with your baby.

Third Friday of the month, 7-9pm

A casual night to get out of the house, meet other local moms, and enjoy some grown-up conversation. Babies are welcome if you need or want to bring them.
