Learn About Nurture Neuroscience Circles
The Nurture Neuroscience Circle (NNC) is a gentle, science-informed space for mothers and mothers-to-be to slow down, soften, and feel supported. Each week, we weave together neuroscience, intuition, and community — exploring how your brain and your baby’s brain grow through love, rest, and connection.
You’ll experience grounding meditations, reflective practices, and simple exercises that nurture your nervous system and deepen your bond with your baby. Whether you’re expecting or already holding your little one in your arms, this is a space to be seen, supported, and replenished — body, mind, and heart — within a nurturing community of mothers.
The Circle is inspired by the pioneering work of Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum and her book Nurture Revolution, bridging neuroscience and nurturing care to help parents and babies thrive.
Nurture Community Walks
(coming soon!)
Motherhood is a little easier when you don’t have to do it alone. Nurture Community Walks will be free weekly morning walks for expecting and new moms in Grinnell - a simple, low-pressure way to get out of the house, get some fresh air and movement, and get to know other moms in the same season of life.
No class, no agenda, and no commitment. Bring your belly, baby, stroller, or carrier and come walk with us.
